Snow Days
As we head into the colder seasons, watch those online sources for updates on any snow closures. We do not always close the same days as Snowline Schools for inclement weather days because the weather or roads can be clear by the time we open for the day.

Register Now
If you want to add any classes to your dancer’s schedule, please do so this month! We want everyone in their correct classes as we begin to work on recital choreography and measure for costumes. We still have lots of space in our new Hip Hop class for ages 7-13 on Fridays at 4pm and our Tap 1 class on Wednesdays at 4:30pm -- check one out!

Recital Sign Ups
We are getting excited for our annual recital! You should have received a recital notice in class - if not, please see the office for another copy. Recital will be June 13th this year, with dress rehearsals on the 11th & 12th. Please submit your recital reservation form and costume deposit by 1/31 to ensure that we order a costume for your dancer. We will begin measuring for costumes during classes this month and your reservation slip lets us know to measure your dancer. Also take note of the Saturday finale rehearsals on the calendar.

Makeup Classes
Students who miss class will be credited with a make-up class to be used at any time throughout the season. Please ask us which classes would be appropriate for your student to use as a make-up class. When attending a make-up class, please fill out a class pass slip on the side counter and give it to the teacher to sign when your dancer goes to class.

Stairway and Upstairs Studio Reminder
The upstairs studio is closed unless a teacher is present, please wait for your class downstairs. If a class is currently being held upstairs, please wait until they come down before heading up for class. There is no viewing that studio from the stairway, please watch from the viewing room so the dancers are not distracted. Also, the stairway needs to remain clear as a fire exit so do not bring chairs to the landing to watch at the window or block the stairway. If you watch the downstairs room at the small window on the landing, please only do so for short intervals, giving others a chance to see, and as to not block the stairs.

Food/Drink
We regularly have an ant problem so our policy is that all food and drink needs to stay in the kitchen area and dancers need to clean up after themselves. No food in any carpeted areas of the building please! Please don’t leave food in your dance bag or in the dressing room - store in the fridge. Only water is allowed in the dance rooms. There is also no gum allowed in the building please. We’re hoping our dance family will help us take care of our studio together!

Tuition Policy Reminder
Tuition is based on our full season and broken into monthly payments for your convenience. Tuition is due the first class of each month and considered late after the 10th. A $10 late fee is applied to all late payments. We provide online payment options and automatic monthly payment options for your convenience.

Dress Code
Double check with the office, the student handbook, or your dance teacher to see that you have everything you need for dance class! Proper dress code is important for dancers to learn discipline and etiquette while having ease of movement in class. Hair must always be neatly pulled back for class (a bun for all ballet classes) and no jewelry is allowed during class.
